As she continued on her journey to help others, JBlairSuccess found herself facing some of her own health challenges. Applying her knowledge and strategies in her own life, she was able to overcome her challenges with asthma, polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS), and pruritic urticarial papules and plaques of pregnancy (PUPPS).

“I remember sitting with my OBGYN and her looking me in the face say, ‘We don’t know what this is but it just looks like some rash. I’ll write you prescription for a steroid cream and that should clear it up.’ I knew the last I wanted to put on my body and effect my unborn child was steroid cream. Determined to find a holistic solution, I developed a strategy of supplements and foods that eliminated the PUPPS within 2 weeks. When I returned, my OBGYN was astonished and she warned me not to tell anyone what I did to heal myself. That let me know I was on the right track.”

What motivates you to coach people in Health and Wellness?

“When I look out into the world and see people living with diseases without knowing whether or not their lives will get better, I’m motivated. When I see people struggling to walk to and from their car and up and down the stair’s I’m motivated. When doctors throw up their hands and label something as an anomaly leaving people hopeless and in despair, I’m motivated. My responsibility is to employ a well-rounded approach to health and wellness and return the scepter of people’s lives back into their hands. My responsibility is to help people discover the best version of themselves through a changed lifestyle.”

Health and Wellness is my lifelong passion. The wealth of our life cannot be enjoyed if we spend our time on earth sick, diseased, and unable to enjoy it.

As a certified Health and Wellness Coach, JBlairSuccess has a passion for helping men and women discover the best version of themselves through a healthy lifestyle. Over the last several years, she has worked with friends, family, and clients to develop the routines necessary to discover a new level way of living. Incorporating nutrition, exercise, stress management, and more she uses a well- rounded model of wellness tailored to each client.

 Growing up, JBlairSuccess saw the need for a healthier lifestyle after witnessing loved ones battle with chronic illnesses and disease, obesity, and spend years on medication. She had dedicated her life to guiding others on the journey to discover that through food and exercise they can have the quality of life they desire and deserve. Applying food as medicine, she specializes in plant-based meal planning to help clients change their relationship with food and achieve their weight loss and fitness goals for good.
